Navigating Change: Faithfully steering into tomorrow
Meet Nick Cuthbert, our main speaker, talking to Andy Twilley. One of the founders of Lead Academy, Nick is highly regarded as a creative communicator and teacher both nationally and internationally. He is the author of several books including ‘How to Survive as a Church Leader.’
We will also be joined by Lorraine Kingsley, former CEO of Toilet Twinning. Get to know a little about Lorraine in this podcast.
The conference is open to all church leaders and their spouses.
Our programme includes times of worship, learning together and focus groups with plenty of time for catching up with friends and making new ones.
New Venue for 2026
Hydro Hotel, Mount Road, Eastbourne, BN20 7HZ
Hydro Hotel is an elegant hotel by the sea. Situated 120 feet above sea level, it boasts some of the finest sea views in Eastbourne. From its cliff top location, it provides superb views of the English Channel, Beachy Head, the Sussex coastline and the South Downs National Park.
Originally opened in 1895, Hydro Hotel has been taking care of guests for over 125 years and has built up a long-standing reputation for fine cuisine and exceptional personal service. The manager and staff are really looking forward to hosting us for the first time.
Accommodation:
Hydro Hotel offers a range of rooms with a variety of outlooks. Rooms with a sea view are charged at a higher rate. All rooms are ensuite.

Prices:
Residential prices range from £348 for a twin room to £437 for a double suite (single occupancy). Additional guests sharing a twin or double room are £204.
Day tickets are also available:
Tues - £60 + £39 optional 3-course evening meal
Weds - £60 + £39 optional 3-course evening meal
Thurs - £40 including lunch
