Partners in Equipping 

Partners in Equipping is one of SEBA's strategic pathways, which is focused on raising up, forming and equipping new local leaders within our Baptist Churches.

Equip
Equip is our foundation course in Christian leadership for those who want to dip their toe into the sea of theology and biblical studies to be better equipped to serve Jesus in His church. It is suitable both for local leaders who are looking to extend their knowledge and understanding. It is also the course which those being trained for Recognised Local Ministry need to follow.

Equip will be delivered in local learning hubs, the first of which will be in Ashford, Kent starting in Autumn 2026 in partnership with Bristol Baptist College and New Wells Family Church. It will be a 2-year programme covering areas such as The Bible, Mission, Leadership, Christian Beliefs and Ministry Practice. 

Equipped to preach
SEBA also runs a course specifically for those who want to explore a calling to preach.
 
Baptist Accredited Ministry
If you are considering nationally Accredited Baptist Ministry you need to follow a different pathway. Following the closure of Spurgeon's College, SEBA have been working in partnership with London Baptist Association and Bristol College in the establishment of the London Hub training resource hosted by Westbourne Park Baptist Church.
