Terms and Conditions 

Payment needs to be made in advance of the start of the course, either by credit or debit card*
 
If you need to cancel your place, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be made at the discretion of SEBA taking into account any administrative or other costs incurred.
 
Please note that SEBA reserves the right to amend speakers or dates due to circumstances beyond its control. Refunds will not normally be offered under such circumstances.
 
If SEBA (or one of the delivery partners) need to cancel the training course, due to unforeseen circumstances, then a full refund will be offered.

*please note: Dedicated Track and Advanced Pathway applicants will be invoiced for the cost of their chosen course - and will also be able to pay by bank transfer.
