Training for Baptist Ministry (MiTs)
What is a MiT?
MiT stands for “Minister in Training”. This is someone who is an appointed and recognised leader within a local church and who is also studying for Baptist Pastoral Ministry Accreditation through one of our colleges. Often the college arranges the church placement during the student’s time in college.
