Introducing Lisa Kerry...
We are delighted to welcome Rev Lisa Kerry BD Hons, MTh as our keynote speaker. Lisa is the Regional Minister Team Leader for the Central Baptist Association. She has served in Baptist Churches in Leigh-on-Sea, Shenfield and Croxley Green and as a Chaplain for Havens Hospices in Southend-on-Sea.
Lisa is currently studying for a part-time PhD with Bristol Baptist College, looking at professionalism and Baptist ministry.
Prior to training for ministry Lisa was a Registered General Nurse and worked in Oncology, Gynaecology, End of Life Care and Interventional Radiology. She has been married to Alan for 36 years and they have two grown up daughters, two sons-in-law and one grandson with another grandchild on the way!

Accommodation...
Ashburnham Place has a number of accommodation buildings with a variety of rooms.
Ensuite Rooms - as the name suggests, these rooms have ensuite bath or shower rooms. There are a limited number with double beds which will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis for those attending with their spouse. The rest have 2 or more single beds. Most rooms are outside the main building, so please comment when booking if you have mobility issues and we will try to give you the most appropriate room.
Standard Rooms - these are rooms with single beds that have shared shower room facilities in Tent House, the building to the right of the main house in the picture below.
Ashburnham Place is a place of abundant land that displays what is possible when humanity, God and land exist in dynamic relationship. Ashburnham Place is set among 220 acres of woodland, lakes, lawns and meadows.
